  • Gaeul and An Yujin are the two eldest members of IVE. They have known each other for a long time since their trainee days.
    • They were both born in September (Gaeul in 2002, Yujin in 2003).
  • Gaeul is also the shortest and the most petite member of IVE, while An Yujin is one of the two tallest member of IVE.

  • Gaeul and Jang Wonyoung have similar food preferences and travel styles (diligent planning), so they often share a room and hang out with each other when staying in hotels for overseas schedules.

  • One of the most iconic/famous chemistries of 4th gen K-Pop, annyeongz have known each other for 7 years, first as trainees, then throughout Produce 48 and IZ*ONE activities, and now as IVE.
    • There’s a term called “annyeongz sync,” as the two know each other very well to the point that it seems almost “telepathic.”
  • Both An Yujin and Jang Wonyoung have impressive solo careers as variety stars, MCs, CF models, and brand ambassadors.
  • Both An Yujin and Jang Wonyoung are the unofficial “visual line” members of IVE.
    • Both are the tallest members of the team; their visuals have often been said to complement each other well by the fans and the public.
  • An Yujin and Jang Wonyoung’s birthdays are exactly 365 days apart - thus often leading fans to celebrate their birthdays together.

    • In Korean, the chemistry name is “뾱뾰기즈” (bbyokbbyokiz), which is a play on an onomatopoeia roughly mimicking the sound/motion of “poking a squishy object.”
  • The two are also the unofficial “vocal line” of IVE, and the two members that are not from the greater Seoul area, as An Yujin is from Daejeon and Liz is from Jeju.
