FANDOM NAME MEANING

MOA stands for “Moments of Alwaysness,” symbolizing all the moments that TXT and the fans stay together. MOA in Korean (모아) also means “bringing together,” and in this context, the fandom name can also stand for “bringing together the dreams of both TXT and the fans, making them into one.”

OFFICIAL LIGHTSTICK

TXT’s official lightstick has been available from Weverse Shop on January 21, 2020. On January 29, 2024, the second version of the lightstick has been revealed, with detachable parts. Both versions are currently available on the Weverse Shop.

The lightstick has a function called “Discover MOA,” in which if the user presses a button on the lightstick, the other lightsticks nearby will flash green for 2 seconds.

LIGHTSTICK NAME

MOABONG (모아봉)

The official name for TXT’s lightstick has never been announced, but it’s called MOABONG, after the fandom name. In Korea, another nickname for the lightstick is Chinese Glass Noodles, as the cross shape going across the top of the lightstick resembles a popular type of glass noodle topping popular in South Korea.
