• Yeonjun loves to eat. He dislikes oysters, cilantro, and asparagus but likes everything else.
  • Yeonjun doesn’t prefer baked goods with a lot of cream or chocolate, because he might put on weight from eating those.
• Yeonjun prefers to pour the sauce over his sweet and sour pork (탕수육/tangsuyuk) rather than dipping the meat into the sauce.
• Yeonjun likes mint-chocolate flavor.
  • His favorite Baskin Robbins ice cream flavor is mint chocolate chip, and his second favorite is Rainbow Sherbet.
• Yeonjun’s favorite food is ramyeon and pho.
  • Some of his favorite ramyeon brands are Jin Ramen, Shin Ramyun, Fire Noodles (Buldak), Neoguri, and Chamke Ramyun.

Hobbies

• Yeonjun plays League of Legends and Overwatch. His main character in Overwatch is Reaper.
• Yeonjun likes to skateboard. He picked up skateboarding as a little kid from his time living in the United States.
• Yeonjun is into fashion, and international fans have called him “fashion king” on several of his off-duty looks.
  • Yeonjun also often reads fashion magazines and watches runway shows.
  • Yeonjun has said he would like to launch his own fashion brand in the future.
  • Yeonjun likes to wear colorful, eccentric clothes that stand out. Yeonjun is also into genderless apparel, donning it in several locations.
  • Yeonjun often gives clothes as birthday gifts to the other members of TXT.

Likes and Dislikes

• Yeonjun’s favorite genre of music is hiphop and R&B.
  • He has often said that his favorite song of all time is Chrisette Michele’s “Love Is You.”
• Yeonjun says that he is most confident in urban dance out of all the dance genres, and he often makes up his own choreography to the beat.
• Yeonjun likes dogs, especially the welsh corgis. When asked to pick between cats and dogs, he picked dogs.
• Yeonjun also likes pandas, especially Fu Bao, the famous panda in Korea for a temporary stay.
• Yeonjun likes the color blue and purple.
• Yeonjun likes the Kakao Friends character APEACH and also the scent of peaches.
• Yeonjun’s favorite Disney movies are Up and Wreck-It Ralph.

OTHER TRIVIA

• Yeonjun is the only member in TXT to have been born before 2000, as he was born in 1999. The other members tease him a lot for this.
• Yeonjun is talented at mimicking animal sounds.
  • In “Cat & Dog,” Yeonjun actually recorded the barking sound, and in “PUMA,” Yeonjun did the puma’s growling in the background.
  • He has also come on variety shows to do an impression of a baby chick.
• When Yeonjun speaks, he makes a lot of the ㅇ (이응) sounds in Korean. His speech mannerisms have been called “oongnyangnyang” (웅냥냥) for being cute/adorable.
• Yeonjun has tried many hair colors for TXT comebacks, most notably blue and pink.
• Yeonjun has multiple piercings in his ears - two on the left earlobes, two on the right earlobes, and one on the right auricle.
• Yeonjun has a tiny scar near his right eye. He got it from playing around as a kid at home.
• Yeonjun has said that if he hadn’t become a singer, he would have wanted to become a comic/manga artist.
• When minisode 2: Thursday’s Child became the first TXT album to sell a million copies, TXT posted a video of Yeonjun eating ice cream inside a refrigerator, as promised before during the promotions of The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE.
• Yeonjun is close to many other K-Pop idols, many of whom he was a trainee with - Wooyoung (ATEEZ), Changbin, Felix (Stray Kids), Dino (SEVENTEEN), Serim, Wonjin (CRAVITY), and Lee Dae Hwi (AB6IX). His friendships have led to the fans calling him the “social butterfly” of K-Pop.
